Every meaningful transformation begins with a new way of thinking. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have become convinced that people do not truly learn by receiving information alone. They learn by experiencing, reflecting, building meaning, and applying knowledge in real situations.
This belief has shaped more than thirty years of research in Learning Agility and higher education, as well as continuous collaboration with universities and organizations around the world. The result is a growing ecosystem of original frameworks that bridge research with practice, transforming learning into capability and knowledge into meaningful action.
Each framework has been designed to help leaders, educators, and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen strategic thinking, foster innovation, and develop the capabilities needed to thrive in a constantly changing world.

A constructionist learning framework designed to transform experience into insight, reflection into understanding, and knowledge into practical capability.

Learning Agility
The capacity to learn from experience, construct new meaning, and apply that learning effectively in unfamiliar and complex situations. Learning Agility lies at the heart of the ecosystem, enabling people and organizations to adapt, grow, and respond to change with greater awareness and confidence.
LEGO® Serious Play®
LEGO® Serious Play® is an open-source methodology, available under a Creative Commons license, that enables participants to make thinking visible through hands-on model building, storytelling, and dialogue.
Within my work with INSPIREO®, LEGO® Serious Play® is integrated as one of several experiential methodologies that support Learning Agility, reflection, systems thinking, and the construction of shared meaning.

GENIE® Systems Thinking Method
A Systems Thinking and Systems Mapping framework designed to help facilitators, leaders, and teams move beyond isolated ideas and understand the relationships, patterns, and dynamics that shape complex situations.
